Take a looksie here. Very Happy

I am praying that this is true, as the Trouble in Tokyo soundtrack is definitely some of the Dynamic Music Partners' best work, and I absolutely loved every minute of it. Amazon lists the CD as being released by La-La Land Records (website), which according to Wikipedia:
Quote:
...is an American record company based in Burbank, California (91502). The company specializes in movie and television soundtracks. The label is run by Michael V. Gerhard and Matt Verboys.

I can't begin to tell you how exiting this is for me if this is true. The title is currently not listed on La-La Land Records' website, although it is not slated to be released until late July, which could explain.

More Info:
Teen Titans: Trouble in Tokyo [SOUNDTRACK]
List Price: $16.98
Release Date: July 22, 2008

I'll keep an eye on this, and maybe try and shoot an email to the DMP to confirm.

UPDATE:
Found more info from City Hall Record's website, including the current cover art!

Quote:
Presenting the exciting music score from the animated feature film Teen Titans: Trouble In Tokyo, based on the popular animated television series, Teen Titans. Composers Kristopher Carter, Michael McCuistion and Lolita Ritmanis, who are acclaimed for their amazing music work on Batman: The Animated Series, Superman: The Animated Series, Batman Beyond, Legion Of Super Heroes and many others, bring their enthralling scoring talents to this adventure-packed tale in which America's coolest heroes battle a new threat in Japan. DVD is available in stores everywhere.

Honestly, this wasn't necessary. I mean sure the score was nice and all but I can't see parting w/ my hard earned $$$ for it.

But having said that....if I can get the Titans singing the theme song on I-tunes.....I would consider purchasing that.

I think it sounds pretty cool actually. And who knows, maybe the titan-sung theme song will be on it.

I'd probably end up using the songs for videos. Very Happy

lemme try this again in the right thread...

Found listings here, and here, too - not to mention La-La-Land Records just recently released the scores for the Superman: Doomsday and Justice League: The New Frontier DTV movies.

I'm still slightly skeptical, but I'd say this all looks pretty official to me.

O_O Haven't seen you in a while.

I'm not interested in this. Trouble in Tokyo's music was good, but there are a few episodes of the series with more memorable music. Haunted, Betrayal, and Things Change come to mind.

The End part 1, 2 and 3 had good music, too.
