No fair.. I can't find this comic anywhere. I am embarassingly quite interested in the Robin/Starfire ship and I'd like a summary of what went on in this comic...

Don't bother. Save your money. The art made my oekakis look like Van Gogh, the story was half-assed, and I wanted to give my throat and wrists the papercuts from hell after even thinking about checking it out from my library.
All that really happened is that the Puppet King comes back during Valentines Day, and as a way of teaching Starfire about this holiday, Robin agreed go on a date with her, which got crashed by Puppet King.

Nothing, I was just saying that the art in TTG #4 was so bad it made my under-par oekaki drawings look as good as Van Gogh's paintings

Every comic series is bound to have an off-day or two. Anybody here remember PPG #35 ("It's Sleazy Being Green")? Worst issue of the lot, hands down.

PPG = Powerpuff Girls, which is probably one of the most well-known cartoons of Cartoon Network.

Crap! It sucked? Awww...
Maybe in my Kingdom Hearts fic I should do it one better, like for instance actually HAVING that Beast Boy vs. Raven wrecking their Valentine, or Cyborg eating their food, or Heartless trying to jack thier date, or Rob trying to get them to kiss...
ah, gone off on a tangent. Anything actually funny?

Well, Starfire did make a face that made her look rather short-bus when she said that the idea of Valentine's Day is a good one in one of the first few pages...

You know, I've read some Judge Dredd comics which have artwork so bad you wonder how on Earth those people ever got into comic books.
I think one of the funniest lines from that episode was at the beginning:
"I feel in love, and it hurt". Class.

This was really kinda pointless. Only thing I liked was that goth dude returned!! I also did like the little can-can puppet master, but nothing else was good. In one part her head looked WAY to big, and in the inside cover her lips creeped me out.

The fell in love and got hurt line didn't seem quite right to me. I guess it's because I envison Robin with all the cheesey lines.
He was a lousy date though. I expected a bit more from the Boy Wonder.

I've never read any of the TT Go comic books. But by the way it looks, it doesn't seem like an issue I'd like. But oh well, who am I to judge, I've got to get a copy to read, and we'll see how it goes from there.

| I think the artist tried really hard to draw in the anime style, but he just didn't cut it. What I don't understand though, is that a much better artist also did a scene for that comic book, and prehaps it was just to show how he would have done it, but it would have been so much better if it had been his work. It looked so much better. I worried that if the comic loses too many good artists, then the comic won't be much fun to read.

You can find the comics in bookstores like Borders or Barnes & Noble.
You can also easily find the TTG comics online, either by digests (that collect 5 issues in one book) or single issues.
MyComicShop.com has single issues.
Amazon.com, ToyWiz.com, and many others have the digests. Amazon also has subscriptions available (please buy them through us to help pay for site maintenance D:) that send you the current issues every month.

I've even found them in small towns, they might not be upto date, but hey a TTG comic is a TTG comic.

There is this new artist who did test layouts of this story, and it looked way better.
