Blackfire couls see Earth clearly now. The globe was large, though not quite so as Tamaran. It was mostly blue, with land continents of brown and green splattered across it in chunks. White clouds swirled across the surface, just below the begining of space and the end of the atmosphere. It was very pretty.

She hated it.

Located on Earth was her little sister, Starfire, and her friends, known as the Teen Titans. Starfire was going to pay. She was going to make sure of it. Besides, did the young girl think that because she had destroyed the Jewel of Charta that she had defeated her for good? No.

Blackfire turned towards Earth, and began her decsent through the atmosphere.

"Sounds like my kind of game." Jerrel said dodging Mammoth, he ran over to Gizmo and slide-kicked the two left metal legs.

Mammoth hit the brick wall, and pulled himslef out of it. "Don't say a word." he said to his Hive mates that decided to watch instead of participate.

Jazmine was walking down a sidewalk when she noticed a heated basketball game in progress. She stopped as she watched it for a moment. How interesting...they seem so intent on what is going on. It is but a game, is it not? She thought as she continued to watch, head tilted slightly to one side.

Beast Boy jumped up from the TV and ran into the kitchen area and began making popcorn with tofu butter.

Jerrel now had the ball. "Game Over fellas." He began do all sorts of tricks as Mammoth charged him trying to get the ball anyway he could.

"WILL YOU SIT STILL!" Roared Mammoth.

"If I did it wouldn't be any fun." Jerrel laughed as he scored 5 baskets, when suddenly something hit the center of the court creating a small crater. "What the hell?"

Blackfire stood up from the ground, a haze of smoke around the small crater she had created. Now she could make her sister pay for what she had done.

"Did I interrupt your little game?" Blackfire grinned, eyes glowing purple, so that all the people outside the smoke could see only her eyes.

"Well, seems te game's over, you guys can have the court, well what's left of it anyway." Jerrel said to Mammoth moving over to crater slowly.

"Damn! come on lets go find a new place to try and rebuild our head quarters." Mammoth growled, leaving Jerrel and Blackfire alone.

"Uh, welcome to Earth?" Jerrel said holding out his hand, of he didn't know what to expect. Suddenly the wind began to blow and the smoke cleared. "Oh my god!" Jerrel said his jaw dropping as Blackfire soon became visible.

Starfire shot up from her sleep, startled by a loud noise from outside. She switched on her lamp, It wouldn't switch on. It was dark, so she lit some candles with her starbolts.
She rubbed her head and stepped out of her purple bed. She walked over to her door and pushed the button near it.
"Robin? Are you there? What was that loud noise?" she said, into the microphone. She took her finger from the button, waiting for a reply and walked over to her closet, to pick out her normal clothes.
She pulled up the long boots and dusted off her skirt, smoothing her hands over it.
She walked to the mirror, applied lashings of mascara and sighed. She walked back to the door.
"Robin? Raven? Beastboy? Cyborg? Anyone?" she asked.
She began to worry.
"Comms must be down, again." she thought, annoyed.
She opened the door and walked down the dark corridor, with her hand lit up, making eerie green shadows appear on the walls. She shivered. Earth was not that nice at night-time. She entered the living area and tried to switch on the lights. Nothing worked.
She frantically ran to Robin's Room. She tapped on the door. Nothing happened. She knocked louder, and the door fell down.
"ROBIN?!" she yelled.

A masked figure looked at his flickering screens, his blackened eyes scanning each detail.
"What's this?" he said, looking at the figure, emerging from smoke in the center of one of his screens.
He looked closer.
"A Titan?" he wondered. Then he saw the glowing purple eyes. "No. I think you are better than that. Well, we may have to meet, stranger." he chuckled.

Beastboy fell over when he heard Starfire screaming, he appeared in the hallway covered in butter and bits of popcorn. "What's wrong, what happened?!"

Starfire screamed as she heard Beastboy's voice. She whirled round, firing a starbolt down the corridor, just missing his head.
"Beastboy! I am so relieved to see you! Did you hear that rather loud noise?" she asked, hugging him.

"What's going on? I heard something while meditating and I was in the middle of an important calming." Raven said. It was clear she was annoyed that she was interupped but she gave some simpathy.

A girl of 13 was running into the city with something right behind her. "Help!! Somebody please!!!!" She then grabbed her communicator and said urgently, "Titans West. Please respond. This is Fira and I'm in alot of danger."

Jerrel tossed the basketball at Gizmo hitting him in the face. "Try to be a little respectful, she just crashed in to the ground. Last thing she needs is a flying midget in face asking her questions and saying crud all the time."

Beastboy gasped for air as he was crushed by one of Starfire's back breaking hugs.

Cyborg shrugged. I didn't hear any......" Suddenly the screen on his arm popped open. "Huh? City-wide scanners have picked up a bio signature, but it says that its Starfire which means.........................she's back." Cyborg said with most serious look on his face.

"No. I would have realised...." she stopped, realising this is why she woke up. She slid down the corridor wall and hunched up. "She will be so angry."

"Maybe later," Blackfire replied to the man in the mask and armor. "I've got a revenge to plan."

Her eyes were no longer glowing. No one could mistake the malice and hatred that shone in them, coupled with amusement.

Jerrel felt strange, he suddenly kneeled down on one knee. "If there is anything I can help you with, anything at all, please let me know." He said to Blackfire.

Cyborg took another look at his wrist. "Huh? Seems Fira's found Blackfire. And she's in the inner sity housing area, and according to Fira she has a friend."

Jerrel barely overheard Fira calling the Titans. "We have to leave." He stood up and grabbed Blackfire's hand and ran into the alley.

When Fira saw Blackfire and Jerrel leave, she knew she had to stall them until the Titans got there. "Hey, stop!" She screamed while running after them. She snapped her fingers and fire appeared.

Blackfire glared at Jerrel. "I'm not leaving," she informed him cooly. "I'm not some coward that hides underneath rocks, unlike yourself."

She let go of Jerrel's hand and shot off into the night sky. A small flare was underneath her from Fira's fire, but Blackfire didn't care. She knew that the Titans would already be on their way. She grinned.

"What do you going to do, Blackfire? I bet I can beat you before the Titans even show up." Fira challenged. Fira had experince with dangorus(sp?) situations while being held captive by Slade.

Raven got one of the thick heavy books and looked for a spell. "Cyborg, how are we going to do this spell? We need eight people to do it properly." Raven was hoping that this was the right spell, and she knew if she was wrong, that the consequences were not good.
